Learn the healing art of mantra-style meditation

Meditation is a state where you are contemplating or reflecting.  Mantra-style meditation teaches you to use a mantra to ‘zone- out’ the interfering thoughts, stressors, and other interrupters while you reach a state of much deeper and higher concentration. Unlike mindfulness-based meditation, where you are trying to shut-out your thoughts and clear your mind, Mantra-Style Meditation allows the thoughts to come and go – by effortlessly reciting a mantra for 15-20 minutes.

Based on over 600 peer reviewed research, mantra style meditation is the leading evidence-based solution that has the potential to drive a new era of self-improvement and physical health.

Upon completion of 4 sessions, participants will be familiar with the mechanics of proper meditation practice,  why this style is so unique, as well as understand the benefits to using a mantra for meditation. You will also be able to identify your own goals and create strategies to support your personal growth and improve successful outcomes.

Our Story

Lynn Chénier, RN, MA, the Founder & CEO, started a wellness company in 2016 called Satori Health & Wellness Coaching. Her vision was to support busy professionals at slowing down, shifting their mindset and achieving personal breakthroughs. From there, she formed monthly meditation groups that needed a space of its own on the world wide web.

Lynn’s clinical expertise started in behavioural health as an RN in Adolescent Medicine/Psychiatry and Public Health. Her passion comes from first-handed experiences with learning how to mitigate stress and burnout in proactive ways. 

The Mantra Studio is also inspired by the founder’s experience when she became a trauma patient and experienced miraculous personal healings through the use of meditation. 

Lynn’s built monthly groups offered to anyone who wants to learn these key peak performance tactics, either to support one’s personal growth or your teams in the workplace.
